CDBG COVID-19 Assistance Grant

Applicants must provide documentation showing a substantial decrease in household income related to COVID-19 impacts, such as termination notice, payroll check or pay stubs – before and after, bank statements, medical bills, a signed letter from their employer explaining the applicant’s changed
